Sehe ich auch so. Als Typ hat sich Haksabanovic spĂ€testens mit dieser Instagram Aktion ins Abseits befördert, aber auch davor schon haben mir seine oft lustlosen Auftritte nicht wirklich gut gefallen und auch sportlich sollten wir seinen Abgang verkraften können. Technisch ist er sicher ein toller Spieler, aber so richtig hat er bei uns nie seine feste Position gefunden, fĂŒr die Außenbahn fehlt ihm etwas die Geschwindigkeit, fĂŒrs zentrale Mittelfeld die KreativitĂ€t/Entscheidungsfindung und fĂŒr die Sturmspitze die Physis/Athletik. Jotas Abgang hĂ€tte ja seine große Chance sein können, aber offenbar mangelte es da an der nötigen EInstellung, insofern sollten wir froh sein, wenn wir ihn noch von der Gehaltsliste bekommen.

They lost mainstays Jota and Carl Starfelt - with Tomoki Iwata's loan becoming a permanent deal.
But here's SunSport's guide to a few pieces of unfinished business in the Parkhead recruitment portfolio which they could look to rectify in January.

The Swiss striker was pictured in Turkey on deadline day on his way, it was assumed, to putting pen to paper on a deal to join Turkish side Gazientep. But there's been no official confirmation of a move from any of the parties in the deal, suggesting there's still loose ends to be dealt with. The Turkish transfer window doesn't close until September 15, though, and pushing through an exit for the misfit striker will be high on Brendan Rodgers' resume.

You can file the Republic of Ireland international's name in the same category. The Northern Irishman said recently that the veteran midfielder would be moving on after hardly featuring for the club under first Postecoglou then Rodgers - but as yet no agreement has been reached. Rodgers said: “It’s a real shame for James, because growing up he was obviously a Celtic supporter. “I saw him a lot in the Premier League and he was a fantastic talent. He’s a great guy but sadly a few injuries and niggles have curtailed his time here so he will be looking to move on.”

One of the more outlandish tales of transfer deadline day related to Kasper Schmeichel, who was suddenly freed by Nice. It wasn't long before he was being linked with a move to rejoin his former boss Brendan Rodgers - even though he's only a few months younger than the Hoops current keeper Joe Hart. The Dane would of course be a quality option and it's thought the Hoops are keen to recruit a goalkeeper who is more comfortable with his feet - although whether a deal could realistically be done for him as a free agent remains to be seen.

Celtic were able to persaude Liel Abada to put pen to paper on a bumper four-year deal after knocking back a ÂŁ7m bid from Sporting Lisbon for the Israeli. And they'll hope to tie down Reo Hatate now too that the transfer window has closed. Hatate, of course, is already tied down a long-term contract at the club - giving the Hoops the whip hand in negotiations. The midfielder, currently injured, is a huge talent but surprisingly has yet to fully convince Rodgers that he merits a starting spot. The Saudi transfer window remains open until September 7 so the possibility of a move away hasn't entirely gone although Celtic would surely love to get him back happy and playing his best football.

SunSport revealed the Parkhead side booted out Nottingham Forest’s bid of £450,000 plus add-ons for Vata - son of former Celts favourite Rudi - this week. But Lazio, Torino and Verona are working on pre-contract moves which would allow them to land 18-year-old Irish youth international Vata - whose Celts’ contract expires next summer - in January. Torino wanted to sign him on loan with an option to buy - but Celtic immediately rejected that move. And they now hope to start talks with the youngster to extend his Parkhead deal in a bid to thwart the growing overseas interest.

Another open secret was the fact that Celtic were looking on options to increase their depth at the left back spot. Greg Taylor was a stand-out last season, while it's thought Alexandro Bernabei didn't endear himself to the Northern Irishman when missing a team meeting in pre-season. But former Chelsea Champions League winner Bertrand, now 34, has worked with Rodgers in the past and could be a useful recruit in that position as the Hoops have to contend with the challenge of the Champions League. While nothing happened during the window, it's another area to watch.

Hart hat gestern ein wirklich gutes Spiel gemacht aber mittelfristig brauchen wir da Ersatz, zumal sein (wie auch Bains) Vertrag im Sommer auslĂ€uft. Und Kelleher ist in meinen Augen eine sehr interessante Personalie. Ob er jetzt wirklich die beste Nummer zwei der Welt ist, wie Klopp mal ĂŒber ihn gesagt hat, sei dahingestellt, aber er ist definitiv sehr talentiert und hat in Liverpool immer abgeliefert, wenn er gebraucht wurde. Vor allem ist er auch richtig gut mit dem Ball am Fuß, etwas, das fĂŒr Rodgers Spielsystem ja durchaus wichtig ist.
Sein Ă€lterer Bruder Fiacre ist ĂŒbrigens durch unsere Academy gegangen, inzwischen spielt er bei Colchester in der englischen League Two.

Ja klar, denke es gibt niemanden der dieses Transfenster zufrieden ist.
Wir stehen schlechter da als vor der Transferperiode.

Was mich vor allem gestört hat ist mal wieder der Zeitpunkt der Transfers.
Jeder Verein der bis zum Deadline Day noch Spieler kauft macht doch was falsch. Klar kann man sich noch einen Spieler holen aber bei uns waren ja einige im GesprÀch gewesen.
Es sind ja die Erlöse frĂŒhzeitig dagewesen (CL Kole und Jota-Saudis) also war dies mit Sicherheit nicht der Grund.
Ob uns ein Spieler der 10m gekostet hÀtte soviel weiter gebracht hÀtte wage ich zu bezweifeln.
Aber so ein Mittelweg zwischen 300k fĂŒr einen Koreaner oder 9-10 Millionen Mann sollte es doch geben.

Und ich kann mir beim besten Willen nicht vorstellen, dass BR damals zugesagt hat um den "aktuellen Kader" zu trainieren.

Denke einfach bis auf Nawrocki wohl keiner es ohne Probleme in die erste 11 schaffen wĂŒrde.
Kann mir schon vorstellen das Palma und der Portugiese was drauf haben aber bis die eingespielt sind ist es auch November und die CL ist bis dahin gelaufen.

Ich finde es positiv, dass man anscheinend weiterhin die nordischen Ligen ins Augenmerk nimmt. Durchaus ein sehr guter Markt fĂŒr gute Spieler; auch bei Malmö kicken Einige, die uns weiterhelfen wĂŒrden.

Ich bin leider sehr sicher, wenn O'Riley auf dem Niveau weiterspielt, das er diese Saison bisher an den Tag legt, dann wird er im Sommer weg sein. Aber dann sollte unsere Schmerzgrenze nicht bei ĂŒber ÂŁ10m sondern bei ĂŒber ÂŁ20m liegen.
