Fast nicht zu glauben, das wären ca. 10 Millionen Euro für uns.

So, dann beginnen wir mal offiziell den diesjährigen Transfer-deadline-day:

Nach allem, was man so hört, arbeiten wir noch an der Verpflichtung eines Stürmers und eines Innenverteidigers. Aus der Rückkehr von Denayer wird allerdings nichts, er hat sich anscheinend für eine weitere Leihe zu Galatasaray entschieden:

An der Stürmer-Front scheint sich dagegen entscheidendes zu tun:

07.53: Celtic to loan PSG striker
Celtic are set to complete the loan signing of PSG striker Odsonne Edouard for the duration of the 2017/18 season. According to the Scottish Sun, the deal is believed to include a clause that will allow Celtic to buy the 19-year-old at the conclusion of the loan. Brendan Rodgers is in the market for a striker since first-choice Moussa Dembele hitman was injured.

Vielleicht sogar mehr als nur ein backup für Griffiths und Dembele?

08.01: Spurs consider bid for Dembele
It was almost going too quiet on the ol' Moussa Dembele front. Injury or not, Spurs are said to be considering a bid for the player they almost signed in January 2016. If they are to finally get their man, they'll have to pay over four times the £5million fee they agreed with Fulham back then. Yahoo Sport France say Dembele's agent has met with Spurs representatives over recent days. Celtic will be keen to hold on to the player as they bid to pull off the near impossible by qualifying from Group B in the Champions League.

10.46: Flint to Celtic?
Celtic are said to be interested in Bristol City defender Aden Flint. The 6ft 6in centre-back is being chased by a number of clubs south of the border and would apparently command a transfer fee in the £5million range.

16:25 Van Dijk on the move?
Former Celtic defender Virgil van Dijk has been spotted being driven away from Southampton’s base. Liverpool fans can barely contain themselves, but Celtic could also be celebrating. Reports state that the defender was ushered away in the back of a blacked-out car. If he is on the move Celtic could be in line for a substantial windfall if a rumoured £70m deal does go through due to a sell on clause.

18:30 Edouard deal to Celtic 'looking likely'
Mark Benstead reporting on Sky Sports News that a deal for Odsonne Edouard from PSG to Celtic is looking 'increasingly likely' and that the striker could be getting ready to fly to Glasgow soon. It's also understood that a medical could take place in London.

In Sachen Innenverteidiger herrscht dagegen Funkstille, man kann nur hoffen, dass im Hintergrund dennoch daran gearbeitet wird! PSG hat gerade übrigens die Verpflichtung von Kylian Mbappé verkündet (nurnoch krank, was die diesen Sommer abziehen!), schon allein für diese Spiele käme eine Verstärkung der Abwehr doch sehr gelegen.

Das Fenster ist zu, von den beiden "Baustellen" Sturm und Innenverteidigung konnte heute also nur eine geschlossen werden. Optionen für die Verteidigung gab es ja, der südafrikanische Rivaldo, der durchs Medical gefallen ist (inzwischen aber anscheinend trotzdem schon einen neuen Club gefunden hat), Denayer, der sich wohl für Galatasaray entschieden hat...jetzt müssen wir erstmal mit dem Vorlieb nehmen, was wir haben, und hoffen, dass Simunovic sich nicht auch noch verletzt!

Transferfenster aus meiner Sicht:

Ein CB wäre zwar noch ganz schön gewesen, aber dennoch bin ich mit unseren Bossen sehr zufrieden. Boyata ist nach seiner Verletzung zurück und braucht noch ca. 1-2 Wochen. Jozo und Boyata das passt, als Back Up dann Erik und Ajer. Sind wir mal ehrlich, selbst ein neuer CB für einige Millionen hätte uns gegen die Bayern und PSG nicht geholfen. Das was wir haben reicht aus, um gegen Anderlecht um Platz 3 zu spielen. Warum bin ich sehr zufrieden ? Armstrong hat verlängert und Dembele ist auch noch da. Dazu haben wir es geschafft Roberts ein weiteres Jahr an uns zu binden. Mit Eboue ( auch noch relativ neu und hat gezeigt was er kann ) Ntcham und Odsonne haben wir gute Spieler geholt. Ok, Odsonne geliehen, aber mit einer Kaufoption, in Höhe von ca. 10 Millionen. Sollte Dembele nächste Saison gehen, vielleicht eine Option, so sollte er einschlagen, den Spieler zu kaufen. Da hat man so denke ich, auch alles richtig gemacht. Wenn ich das gestern richtig mitbekommen habe, haben 20 Spieler den Verein verlassen. Ob nun Loan, verkauft oder es ist eben der Vertrag ausgelaufen. Unser Coach macht das einfach super. Und eines sollte man auch bedenken, alle unter Rodegers haben kräftig in ihren Leistungen zugelegt. Wir können froh sein, solch einen Fachmann als Trainer zu haben. Ich zähle jetzt mal 11 Spieler auf, die auf dem Platz stehen könnten und dann schaut euch mal unsere Bank an.

Bank: De Vries, McGregor, Armstrong, Forrest, Dembele, Eboue, Erik, Henderson, Edsonne, Hayes, Ajer, Ralston und Miller. davon könnten 5 locker auch von Anfang an spielen. Also ich bin wirklich total zufrieden, was das Transferfenster betrifft.

Traurig ist doch, wenn man einen Spieler für ca. 1 Million holen möchte, den aber wie so oft in Raten bezahlen möchte. Oder Cash plus Spieler. Und wir reden hier von einer lumpigen Million. Wir können mit unserem Verein mehr als zufrieden sein.

Hoops back in for Ziegler?
Celtic could still attempt to bring in Swiss defender Reto Ziegler, after the former Spurs stopper failed to find a new club during the transfer window. Free agent Ziegler, 31, was released by FC Sion at the end of the last campaign and was linked with Celtic during the summer. And although initial talks didn’t progress, Ziegler has suggested that he is currently holding discussions with the Hoops and Real Betis over potential moves.

Celtic are reportedly eyeing up a January move for Ukrainian goal machine Artem Dovbyk. The Hoops have been monitoring the Dnipro striker, who is regarded as one of the top prospects in the former Soviet country and who is available for free at the end of the year. Dovbyk has netted 12 goals in 12 games this season in the Ukranian Second Division, after Dnipro were relegated for the first time in their history after getting points deducted due to outstanding debts. His contract expires on December 31 and he's made it clear he won't sign a new deal.

Laut Gerüchten direkt aus Glasgow wird Moult von Motherwell einen Vorvertrag im Januar bei uns unterzeichnen. Wird aber die Saison in Motherwell zu Ende spielen.

Vertrag läuft übrigens im Sommer 2018 aus.

Ich würde mal gerne meine Signatur ändern und das mit dem Anmelden ist auch recht kompliziert.

Ich hab da ganz viel Vertrauen n den, der das macht. Soll auch eine Menge Arbeit sein, also alles etwas komplizierter. Wir müssen da einfach Geduld aufbringen, auch wenn das jetzt schon einige Zeit vergangen ist. Oder einfach mal mit einem neuen Usernamen probieren, auch eine Möglichkeit.
